AYA functions as the certification authority responsible for:

• Issuing International Yoga Expertise Certificates

AYA operates as an independent professional organization under U.S. law and provides an international standards-based certification framework for yoga education.
 

Yoga Federation of USA

The Yoga Federation of USA is an independent professional federation operating under U.S. jurisdiction.

The Federation serves as:

• An advisory and standards support body

• A professional reference network

• A contributor to the development of international yoga training frameworks

The Federation supports the international standards framework of IYEC while functioning independently as a professional organization.

International Programme Delivery

IYEC training programmes may be delivered in different countries through independent educational partners.

Professional Status

AYA and its affiliated bodies operate as independent professional organizations and do not act as governmental regulatory authorities in any jurisdiction.
